OBJECTIVES

Making use of high technology and abundant experience about the building services　systems, especially on the energy plant and HVAC, BSCA will carry out following activities concerning commissioning process：
 

・ Research and investigation,
・ Development of a technical guidelines and tools,

・ Actual Commissioning Business
・ Education, training and qualification of commissioning engineers,　
 

through which we will support promoting commissioning application and propagating it among building construction society to further improve quality of building services construction and maintenance, energy-saving performance and environmental quality, indoors as well as outdoors, and upbringing building services engineers of next generation.
 

Furthermore, we will contribute to the public welfare by upgrading environmental quality, healthy urban design with the educative effect on social system through proliferation of commissioning process.
